Ενα μήνυμα από το Γενικό Νοσοκομείο της Βοστώνης (Massachusetts General Hospital)

Σάββατο, 19 Δεκεμβρίου, 2020

With COVID-19 cases continuing to rise in our communities and across the country, we want to remind you that wearing masks, social distancing, and washing your hands are as important as ever. We know that staying safe has been hard for everyone, but these efforts make a big difference.

We have updated our visitor policies. Please check with your hospital or doctor's office for the most up-to-date information before your appointment.

COVID-19 Vaccine Planning
We know there has been a lot of news about the COVID-19 vaccine. Experts from across our health care system are preparing for the vaccine. We are working closely with the state to make sure that our eligible patients can get it as quickly as possible. We will communicate more with you once the vaccine is available.

Tips for a Healthy Winter

- It's not too late to get your flu shot. Please get one if you haven't already. For more information about how to get the flu shot, visit our website.

- If you are feeling sick, stay home from work or school. Contact your doctor's office if you have symptoms or think you have been exposed to COVID-19. For questions about COVID-19 testing, please visit our website.

- Visiting during the holidays with people outside of your household can spread COVID-19. Lower your risk by following the CDC's recommendations on holiday gatherings.

- Holiday travel increases the chance of getting and spreading the virus. Staying home is the best way to protect yourself and others. The CDC has information about risks of travel. Massachusetts residents must comply with the travel mandate for any out-of-state travel.

We are committed to keeping you healthy. We continue to honor our Safe Care Commitment for our patients, employees, and visitors. We look forward to providing the highest quality care for you at your next visit.
